With this visa you can live, work and study in New Zealand. Include your partner, and dependent children aged 24 and under, in your residence application.

Entrepreneur Resident Visa
Apply for this visa if you have been self-employed in New Zealand at least 6 months, or have operated a self-employed business for 2 years on another visa.

With this visa you can continue to operate your own business in New Zealand. Live, work and study in New Zealand. Include your partner, and dependent children aged 24 and under (for residence visa), in your visa application.
Things to note
If you apply after less than 2 years of being self-employed, you’ll need to have an Entrepreneur Work Visa, have invested capital of at least NZ $500,000 and have created 3 new jobs in New Zealand.

Partner or Family Visa
Those who want to immigrate to New Zealand and are engaged to or married to a citizen or permanent resident of that country may be eligible for a partner visa.
You will need the services of Sears GlobalSettlement or MyVisa Manager for further details. We will provide you all the information and legal assistance.
- 3years, if you are working towards obtaining a membership or registration from a New Zealand professional association which requires more than two years of relevant practical work experience.
Your application for a work visa must be made no later than 3months (6 months if you have completed a doctoral qualification) after the end date of your student visa for that programme of study or qualification, unless you hold a Post-study work visa (open).
